MissionTo supplement parental guidance and serve as a parallel learning and achievement program in cooperation with Akron Public Schools and the greater Akron community. Values to enable youths to incorporate the seven principle of kwanza into
their daily lives, in addition to assisting youths with the development of communication skills, self-discipline, goal setting, and an appreciation for teamwork! The curriculum for the "Mentoring the 100-Way Program" is designed to expose young men to a
variety of real life issues that they are, or will be, confronted with during the course of their lives. The 26-week program includes the following session/topics:

• HONESTY/TRUST 
• CARING/FAIRNESS 
• PERSEVERANCE 
• SELF-DISCIPLINE
• COURAGE
• CITIZENSHIP
• LIFE SKILLS

The Leadership Academy is presently serving fourth and fifth grade young men in four elementary schools in the Akron Public Schools District.

The Leadership Academy is also serving ninth grade young men in three high schools in the Akron Public Schools District.
